Genuine feedback as it arrives — not manufactured testimonials. This page explains what reviews will look like here, and how they will be handled honestly.
This site is new, and verified customer reviews are not yet available to publish. When they are, each one will be presented with the customer's name as they gave it, the date it was received, and a short, honest response — not invented five-star copy with made-up names.
What authentic reviews will contain
- The reviewer's name as it was given (no invented customers)
- A real date of submission
- The service and roughly the location (e.g., 'Removal in the North End') — because context makes feedback useful
- The full, unedited review text, with any follow-up response on its own line
Where to leave feedback in the meantime
For now, the quote and contact pages handle inquiry flow. Once published feedback channels are live, links to them will be added here — and only links that actually point to verified places to leave feedback.
